Hugh and I have started the new year with a fantastic off-market purchase in Rushcutters Bay overlooking Reg Bartley Oval. We’d shown our client another per-market unit in this building; we liked it, though by searching online, we discovered the neighbouring apartment, which is a superior northeast corner layout, was leased by an agency we knew well. We approached them with an offer to buy; they contacted their owner, who was receptive to our enquiry and a short time later, they accepted our offer!
With its north-facing living, character features and renovated interiors, our client can’t wait to move in!
